striped spider

We found this guy (or gal?) outside our front door this weekend. It’s really big. I find it fascinating, but also a little creepy. It was moving so quickly and making a pretty large web. Just as long as it stays outside, I’m okay with being neighbors.

peter rabbit

I saw a brave little rabbit in a garden on Saturday. I was surprised that it let me get so close before hopping away. It even scooted under the fence, just like Peter Rabbit.

an afternoon at natural bridge

When we were in North Adams for Max’s graduation, we spent an afternoon at Natural Bridge. Eric had the camera that day, and here are some of the pictures he took (including two of me). It’s not easy to get a good photo of Z (he’s so wiggly), but he’s looking so very handsome here!

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting my co-worker’s dog, Cagney. He’s a funny little dog. They suit each other well.

Waiting At South Station

Here’s what I didn’t tell you about my trip to Norwood to visit Sara: I missed my train. It left South Station at 5:20 pm, and I was still at least 15 minutes away. Ooops. Funny thing is, this is not the first time I’ve had a commuter rail snafu while trying to get to […]

love the photo of the seagull against the building

Soaring Seagull

I took a ton of pictures of seagulls on Sunday evening. I really love watching birds soar and swoop and fly. I was up high, so I got to see them at eye-level. That’s pretty awesome! It looks like so much fun.
